ONS is a global energy meeting place connecting international suppliers, operating companies and decision makers. The event takes place every second year in Stavanger, Norway.
Founded in 1974, ONS was short for Offshore North Sea. The event grew alongside the industry and the name was changed to Offshore Northern Seas. Attracting visitors from all over the world, the event is now known as ONS and consists of an exhibition, a conference and a festival.
ONS is a non-profit foundation, and was established by the Stavanger City Council, Statoil, Stavanger Forum and the Norwegian Petroleum Society.
Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP) is collaborating with ONS to present the International Markets sessions, with invited international delegations and energy advisors from all important energy markets.
