Australia Subsea Tie-back Technology Conference

15 November 2017

Market: Australia

Location: Australia

Info

The time of mega-scale oil and gas projects in Australia has most likely come to an end. The next phase in our industry sector is going to come from smaller infill / tie-back projects. The majority of these projects will be subsea developments tied back to existing producing assets.

Several of the operators active in the Australian offshore industry have ongoing technology programs with focus on enabling technologies or novel approaches that could be applied to reduce the cost of long distance tiebacks in Australia.

To showcase Norway’s capabilities in this area, Norwegian Energy Partners will host a Subsea Tieback Technology Conference in Perth, Australia on Wednesday 15 November 2017.

The conference will be concluded with a cocktail reception hosted by the Norwegian Ambassador to Australia for an opportunity to network in a relaxed setting.
