Networking Lunch

23 February 2016

Market: Australia

Location: Terrace Lounge, 185 St Georges Terrace

The Ambassador of Norway, H.E. Ms Unni Kløvstad and INTSOK, invite INTSOK partners to a networking lunch on Tuesday 23 February 2016, the day before AOG kicks off. The main purpose of this lunch is to continue the communication between the Embassy and the Norwegian oil and gas business community.

We would like to get an open dialog with all participants around the following topics:

  1. What does the Norwegian business community perceive are the key opportunities and challenges to grow business in Australia in the coming 12—24 months?
  2. How can Team Norway (Embassy, INTSOK, Innovation Norway, Chamber of commerce, individual companies etc.) work smarter, both individually and together, going forward?

On behalf of the Embassy, Jonas Lindholm currently conducts a study over existing and potential collaborations between Norway and Australia within the fields of Maritime, Subsea and Oil&Gas. Previously, Jonas led the Swedish Trade Commission in Sydney for 9 years, supporting over 400 Swedish companies in growing their business and presence in various industries across Australia. Jonas will share some of his initial insights from this study and experience from international trade facilitation activities in Australia to kick-start this interactive discussion.

Please confirm your attendance directly to Tore Moe ( ) as soon as possible and no later than cob 9 Feb 2016. We will have limited seating available, so may have to restrict attendance to 1 person per company.
