  • Ghana Offshore Oil & Gas Market Report 2020 - 2023 Expand Minimize Prepared by Rystad Energy for Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP), 21 August 2019

    Ghana is rapidly increasing its offshore production with Tullow and Eni as key operators, but struggled to nail down interest from majors in the recent licensing round. Energy minister John Peter Amewu is currently working on a strategic legislative review to further boost upstream activity, and has listed shortcomings in data availability and incentives as key aspects.
