The topic for this year´s last renewable energy breakfast meeting was pitfalls in international contracts – and how to avoid them.

At the breakfast meeting on Thursday the 2nd of November we discussed typical legal risk areas in international hydropower, solar power and offshore wind contracts and how to avoid them.

During the seminar Vidar Johnsen in law firm SANDS (Steenstrup Stordrange DA), Adele Os in DLA Piper and Kjetil Forfang, Head of Procurement in Statkraft shared their experiences with legal pitfalls in contracts.
