  • Saudi Arabia Offshore Oil & Gas Market Report 2021 - 2024 Expand Minimize By Rystad Energy for Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP), 9 February 2021

Saudi Arabia’s push for increased natural gas production represents the primary strategic objective of Saudi Aramco. The widely publicized Jafurah gas field* is slated to require investment of USD 110 billion and will represent Saudi Arabia’s largest unconventional gas resource. In light of the challenging environment in 2020, Saudi Aramco reduced capex programs and as such key tenders for the development are canceled as of December.
