This year, yet again, Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP) will be launching the NORWEP Global Annual Offshore Wind Report 2023 and Norwegian export targets during the policy advocacy week in Arendal. We will conclude with comments from centrally placed industry representatives and policy advocates.
