In partnership with Norwegian Energy Partners, the Federation of Norwegian Industries, the CCUS Norge and the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Canada we are planning an engaging and educational week divided between the cities of Edmonton and Calgary. The study tour will include company/site visits, seminars and networking events with key industry and government stakeholders covering the full CCUS value chain.

Get ready to explore Canadian CCS capabilities and make valuable connections in the country that is currently home to eight of the 41 commercial - scale CCS projects operating around the world. Three of these are in Alberta. Since 2000, CCS projects in Canada have safely captured and stored more than 44 million tonnes of CO2, or the equivalent of taking more than 9.4 million cars off the road.
