Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference (OEEC) is Europe’s leading annual event for the offshore energy and maritime industries.

Around 400 exhibitors will gather in Amsterdam, making the exhibition floor the place where people meet to do business and connect with relevant stakeholders such as industry leaders and policy makers across global markets. Established companies, innovators, startups, and other key decision-makers come together to shape the offshore energy landscape.

NORWEP together with the Norwegian Embassy have a long tradition of arranging activities around OEEC, and we will support you on the floor over the two days to help you connect and build your network with key Dutch stakeholders in the offshore wind and maritime industry.

What’s included for delegation participants

Shared 18 sqm booth: Centrally located in the international area alongside delegations from UK, Italy, Poland, the Baltics, Finland, and USA. Staffed by NORWEP, with table and chairs available for meetings. Booth 2.502 Floorplan.
Company exposure: Your logo will be displayed on the booth’s back wall, and a large screen will continuously showcase your short video or presentation throughout the event.
Networking dinner: Hosted by NORWEP and the Norwegian Embassy, in central Amsterdam on Monday 24 November. One seat pr. company included in the registration cost.
Norwegian reception: On Tuesday 25 November, connect with key Dutch energy players over drinks and Norwegian finger food.
Full access: Exhibition and conference. One entrance ticket pr. company included (additional tickets available at 50% discount).
Delegation promotion: Your company will be featured in OEEC25 campaigns, including newsletters, news platforms, and targeted mailings.
