Join event

NORWEP are working with NECCUS to host a trade mission to Oslo on 30th/31st August 2023, with the following purpose:

Working in partnership with other organisations to bring to life the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the UK and Norwegian Governments.
To understand the context for industrial decarbonisation and in particular carbon capture and storage in both jurisdictions.
To bring together companies and organisations in both jurisdictions with a view to foster co-operation.
To explore synergies between the markets.
To look at the requirements / opportunities for shipping and ports/harbours.

With Scotland and Norway being at the forefront of the decarbonisation movement, this trade mission will serve as a launchpad for transformative ventures. This trade mission is supported by the UK Department for International Trade, Scottish Development International and the British Embassy Oslo.
