Value proposition

The Wired Drill Pipe Adapter (WDP) enables the operator to receive live data from below the installed barrier.

By utilizing the iDT and wired drill pipe technology, valuable data in terms of pressure build up or temperature changes below the barrier will be detected before latching on to the casing plug. The usage of data and “knowledge” leads to a controlled removal of the barrier.

The technology is an enabler for a multiplicity of applications where well control is challenging and would need to be prioritized.
