IEF2021 a great success
International Energy Forum is a great networking arena for the whole energy industry, from the deep waters of oil and gas to the high winds and sunny future. This years edition was no exception.
By connecting buyers from the global energy industry with world class Norwegian suppliers, the basis for a range of future business opportunities are made.
The overall objective was to address major trends and drivers within global energy industries to better understand short- and long-term business opportunities, and to highlight the main challenges and solutions that the energy industry is facing on the journey towards a net-zero carbon future.
The forum took place over two days with several parallel sessions covering the entire energy sector, including oil & gas, CCUS, hydrogen, offshore wind, solar, and hydropower.
This was a unique opportunity to meet and network with key stakeholders and leading players within the Norwegian energy industry.
IEF2021 was organised by Norwegian Energy Partners in collaboration with four key industry associations and Norway's largest trade union, and is supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy.
