About Toolserv Toolserv is a Norwegian Company founded in 2007. We develop technologies to improve efficiency and increased production for operators.

Our three – Value product:

F1 Clamp: Toolserv Cable Clamp Project started in 2017. After several rounds with qualification (TR-2385), product development and improvements we have now materialized in a product ready for launch. First run will be in September 2022. The operator estimates to save 8 hours of rig time versus conventional clamps.

• Extremely fast to assemble when RIH.
• Universal, can handle different configuration on control lines
• Excellent insurance if the upper completion need to be pulled/re-run, saving 20-30 hrs rig time.
• Re-usable. The clamp of the pulled completion can be redressed on the rig and ready for use on the next run.

SSV (Screensaver): The Screen Saver Valve is a metal2metal valve, securing no unwanted influx of reservoir fluids from the shoe. While running in hole the Screen Saver Valves adjustable opening pressure maintains overbalance in the string versus annulus by keeping ICDs in closed position while running the reservoir liner.

• Increased lifetime of well – cost savings if producing water-gas-sand.
• Insurance against compromised ICD and screen, optimized production.
• Enabler for quicker installation of lower completion
• Flexibility in operation.

The Screensaver valve is run on majority of screens application in NCS the last 5-6 years.

ATL: The Adjustable Torque Limiter will allow you to run screens to bottom with the possibility to safely rotate the whole string. A pre-set torque limit between 1000-8000 ft-lb will be set prior to RIH and it will start to clutch once you are beyond the set limit.

Toolserv have several new products within completion that will be launched 2023. Beside our product development, Toolserv has a few other departments; Rental portfolio (3rd part equipment), Workshop services (make & break), pressure testing, welding repairs etc.
