Value proposition

Dr.techn.Olav Olsen Arctic Technology Group comprises of engineers with master degrees within ice related subjects as well as engineers that have or are participating in arctic engineering projects such as Sakhalin I, Sakhalin II, Hibernia and Shtokman CCFT. The group has field experience from Svalbard, the Barents Sea and the Caspian Sea as well as ice basin model testing experience from Hamburgische Schiffbau-Versuchanstalt (HSVA, Germany) and Krylov Shipbuilding and Research Institute (KSRI, Russia).

The strength of Dr.techn.Olav Olsen in this field is the combination of theoretical knowledge, engineering practice and real-life experience. Adding to this the FE and hydrodynamic experts, the resource base is substantial.
