Value proposition

In arctic conditions, offshore structures are exposed to physical damage caused by waves and sea ice. In addition, repair and maintenance in the Arctic is either unachievable at all (parts that are underwater and in the splash zone) or limited to a very narrow warm weather window. Therefore, it is critical to select a coating that will ensure protection of steel and concrete from corrosion and abrasion throughout the full design life of a facility.

Baltoflake is an ultra high build, extremely hard-wearing and fast curing anticorrosive coating that provides long time corrosion protection. Typical areas of use are offshore environments, including splash zones, jetties and tidal zones, as well as other equipment and general structural steel where future maintenance is challenging.
