Ensuring the installation being well prepared and protected against for cold climate weather conditions; icing, freezing, wind chills etc.

Protect, control and ensure safety for crew entering the substation. Typical applications / areas: Gangways and stairs with greating, Ladders, Boat landing decks, Handrails, Door frames and hatches etc.

Anti-Ice: Preventing ice formations, - a proactive solution to prevent vital areas/applications from freezing.

De-Icing: Defined as melting of ice already formed, removal of ice to ensure safe access / working conditions for crew.
