Value proposition

Technical and commercial leads or support for offshore wind tender management, including preparation of PQQ and ITT documentation for bidders, review and validation of engineering documents and incorporation into bid documents, evaluation of incoming bids, technical clarifications and negotiations with preferred suppliers. Past projects include Technical Tender Lead for FOU T&I package in preparation of a bid towards the Dutch Government on behalf of an offshore wind project developer.
