The International WorkBoat Show is a trade-only conference and expo for commercial vessel operators and builders as well as the vendors and suppliers to serve them. This is a networking opportunity with growing relevance for offshore wind, offering industry updates and displaying latest products throughout the exhibit hall. Workboat anticipates 800+ exhibitors and 12,000+ attendees.
In addition to Norway’s strong position in shipbuilding and shipdesign, as well as providing relevant components and systems to shipyards, this is an opportunity to address the significant marine logistic requirements of offshore wind. There are also two offshore wind specific events on Thursday, December 2:

  • The “Exhibitor Only Offshore Wind Breakfast” at 7 am and
  • the “State of Offshore Wind” panel at 2:10 PM.

Both events include Liz Burdock, CEO of the Business Network for Offshore Wind, as well as representatives from ABS, DNV and the Offshore Marine Service Association.
