Director LNG, Hydrogen, CCUS
Diversity of energy sources are necessary for the Thailand’s increasing economy. Renewable and hybrid solutions are foremost on the agenda, but still it is believed that LNG can continue to play a role as a relatively clean energy source which will contribute to reduce CO2.
The seminar will be an arena for Norwegian companies to get an overview of Thailand's regulatory environment for energy and the future energy situation, identify market opportunities, connect Thai and Norwegian interests and understand how to do business in Thailand. In connection with the seminar, we are also planning a day for site visits to relevant industrial sites.
The main focus for the seminar will be LNG, hydrogen and hybrid energy systems. Nevertheless, we highly encourage companies that are interested in joining the event to inform us about other technologies that you are interested in, such as offshore wind, solar and hydropower.
On Thursday, 24 November 2022, the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce will be organising a networking dinner in the garden of the Norwegian ambassador’s residence. This will be an opportunity for your company to invite stakeholders, potential clients and co-operating partners in Thailand to an evening filled with superior seafood from Norway for the occasion.
This event will be held in Bangkok.
Norwegian companies could offer cost efficient solutions, but solutions must be commercially proven and preferably they must have been exported to other countries beyond proof-of-concept installations.
Please confirm your interest in participating as soon as possible by sending an email to email@example.com. If you have any inputs or thoughts regarding what topics we should include in the seminar, kindly let us know.
When confirming your interest you will also receive an e-mail with a link to download a 24-page on Thailand’s Energy Future by Norway Connect.
