German and Norwegian companies and organizations are cordially invited to a business summit in connection with the royal visit of Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit to Germany. 

NORWEP is responsible for the “Renewable energy and green hydrogen” session moderated by Jon Dugstad and Ingebjørg Telnes Wilhelmsen.

As part of the program there will be a parallel session for “Hydrogen and low-carbon industry solutions” discussing the following topics:

  • CCS panel debate

  • Renewables and green hydrogen

  • Technology, projects and partnerships

For the business program His Royal highness the Crown Prince will be accompanied by Norway's Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr. Jan Christian Vestre; Minister of Defense, Mr. Bjørn Arild Gram; and Minister of Petroleum and Energy, Mr. Terje Aasland.

Join us in Munich on November 6-7, 2023, for the defence industry focus, and in Hamburg on November 7-8, 2023, for the energy transition theme. The summit provides German and Norwegian companies with a valuable opportunity to establish new connections, explore business and investment prospects, and strengthen existing partnerships.

On behalf of the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Fisheries, Innovation Norway are responsible for leading the Norwegian Business delegation and hosting the business summit. 

Summit target: 

  • Enhance cooperation between Norway and Germany in selected strategic focus areas.
  • Strengthen the relationship between relevant authorities and key decision-makers to build strong and sustainable value chains.
