During the delegation trip to customer sites and networking evening you will meet key team members and gain insights into their operations, current and upcoming projects, as well as discuss potential areas of cooperation.

This delegation trip, hosted by NORWEP and The Norwegian Embassy in The Netherlands, promise to be a valuable opportunity to build a stronger relationship and to identify ways to work together with Dutch and Belgium companies.

NB! Safety shoes required in order to enter yard facilities at Smulders and HSM. Participants need to organise this themselves.

Practical information

Limited space - maximum 30 participants. Please sign up as soon as possible.
Max. two representatives from each company.
Please note that both Smulders and HSM yard requires safety shoes to enter yard facilities, participants need to organise this themselves.
All participants are responsible for their travel related reservations and fees, i.e. hotel, flights etc.
Transportation by bus to the various sites is included in the delegation fee.
For logistical reasons (bus pick-up / drop-off point) we recommend to stay close to Central Railway Station Rotterdam. The NORWEP team will stay at Mainport Hotel.
It is recommended to arrive in the afternoon/evening Monday 17 April.
