The global spotlight is firmly on Scotland, with 2.6 GW installed, 2.4 GW under construction, 1.7 GW pre-construction and another 4.1 GW in the planning phase, with the ScotWind and the Innovation and Targeted Oil & Gas (INTOG) projects providing another 30GW and 5.4 GW of opportunity, outlining the scale of things to come. The Scottish Renewables’ Offshore Wind Conference is the best place to meet experts from across the Scottish industry.

Norway is once again coming to Glasgow for this event and are delighted to bring together ScotWind and INTOG projects, international developers and exciting opportunities across the value chain. From 24-25th January, NORWEP will be hosting a series of business meetings with project developers, major construction companies and ports.

As in 2023, we have been able to secure, alongside major developers, one of a few dedicated B2B pods in the main exhibition hall to serve as an ideal space to meet with future customers.

New in 2024 is a pre-conference webinar in which you will be able to pitch your unique value proposition (UVP) to invited customers to engage for B2B meetings while attending the conference.

Please forward your requests for meetings (Name of potential client and contact person if available) to Edvard Torjussen. Also make sure to update your latest UVP in the Technologies and Solutions database and forward a short text and one pitch slide to Edvard Torjussen to enable smooth communication with your meeting counterparties.

Additionally, Team Norway will be hosting a Norwegian networking event at which we will also present the strength of Norwegian innovation and capabilities for the UK market, in the form of your one slide pitch again.

The Burns Dinner organised by Scottish renewables on the 25th of January should not be missed! NORWEP has organized a Norwegian table to host invited guests and a small number of individual dinner tickets at this sell-out event. An additional cost applies. Please contact   to secure your dinner seat asap. Space at the Norwegian table is limited to 6 Norwegian companies’ representatives, allowing for 3 guests.
