Norwegian Energy Partners (NORWEP), Angola-Norway Business Council (ANBC) and Embassy of Angola in Oslo is organizing a two-day Angola–Norway workshop aimed at strengthening industrial cooperation between Norwegian solution providers and Angolan stakeholders.
With Angola’s oil and gas sector focused on production optimization, marginal field development, emission reduction, and local capacity building, this workshop is designed to facilitate targeted dialogue and structured B2B engagement aligned with current market priorities.
In the Angolan oil and gas sector, current priorities include:
Together with ANBC and Embassy of Angola in Oslo, NORWEP is bringing together Norwegian companies and Angolan operators to address these focus areas through a structured technical and commercial program.
The technical energy program will be organized around three focus areas:
In parallel, ANBC and Embassy of Angola in Oslo will coordinate the industry diversification segment, covering aquaculture, critical minerals, green energy, tourism, and agriculture. This will ensure a broader industry platform and facilitate cross-sector dialogue.
The discussions will focus on how Angolan authorities plan to structure and support economic diversification, and how Norwegian industry can contribute with relevant competence, technology, and partnerships.
The objective is to facilitate focused, high-quality meetings aligned with identified needs and concrete business opportunities.
Embassy Reception
The week will begin with an evening reception hosted by the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Luanda, providing an opportunity to connect with Norwegian and Angolan industry representatives, operators, authorities, and other invited guests before the conference begins.

Technical Workshop & B2B Meetings
This is the main day for Norwegian suppliers and is expected to be the most relevant for the majority of participating companies. Agenda: Technical workshop sessions addressing challenges and opportunities in the Angolan energy sector. Pre-arranged B2B meetings with operators and other relevant industry stakeholders. Networking with Norwegian and Angolan industry representatives. Companies participating in the workshop will submit a short Unique Value Proposition (UVP), which will be shared with relevant stakeholders in advance to facilitate targeted and relevant B2B meetings.
Industry & Stakeholder Forum
Monday's program, co-organized with Angola-Norway Business Counsil (ANBC), is intended for companies with an interest in Angola's broader industrial and economic development. The program will bring together representatives from government, national authorities and industry organizations to discuss national priorities, investment opportunities, and long-term industrial development across multiple sectors. Unlike Friday's workshop, Monday does not include technical workshops or B2B meetings with operators. Participation is entirely optional, and companies whose primary objective is business development and customer engagement can comfortably travel home after Friday's program.
