Norwegian Delegation to WindEnergy Hamburg 2026

As a participant in the Norwegian delegation, you will benefit from a structured Team Norway programme, including individually tailored one-to-one business meetings and targeted networking, as well as an opportunity to increase visibilitythrough the centrally located Norway Pavilion.

The delegation programme includes:

• Delegation get-together ahead of the event opening
• Pre-arranged business meetings (B2B) with developers, Tier 1 suppliers and contractors
• Access to informal networking activities, including morning run and pavilion gatherings
• Industry networking opportunities
• Invitation to the official Norway networking reception hosted by the Norwegian Embassies in Berlin, Copenhagen and The Hague.
  As a delegate you will have the benefit of proposing two (2) international business contacts you want to see at the Norway Reception. Please send your suggestion with all related contact details, i.e. company name, name, role/position and email to jon.dugstad@norwep.com by no later than end of week 34.

Registration

Delegation package (per participant):

• Early bird: NOK 4,500 (until 1 July)
• Regular price: NOK 5,500
  Prices exclude VAT and registration handling fee

Please note that space at the Norway pavilion or logo space, exhibition pass, travel, and accommodation are not included and must be arranged individually.
