Simple Tools is a subsea technology provider serving the oil & gas industry. Founded in 2020 by a highly experienced team of subsea and downhole specialists, we are located in Nærbø (Stavanger), Norway, with both office and workshop facilities on site. Our vision is to deliver simplified subsea and downhole products, along with valuable expertise, to help drive innovation within the O&G sector.

In 2022, we launched our first product, the ADAPT umbilical-less tubing hanger installation tool. This versatile tool sits on top of existing Tubing Hanger Running Tools, enabling operation without an umbilical. It's already been adopted by several operators in Norway and internationally, and we are eager to share more about its impact and capabilities.
