### Export Finance Norway (Eksfin) assists exporters in the Offshore Wind Industry Export Finance Norway (Eksfin) is a governmental financial enterprise falling under the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries. Eksfin offers AAA-rated guarantees and loans on behalf of the Norwegian State subject to deliveries from Norwegian exporters and cooperates with commercial banks. Our mission is to ensure that Norwegian export industries are financially competitive abroad. By the end of 2021, Eksfin reached a new milestone of 10 bn NOK in loans and guarantees for offshore wind projects worldwide.
