VisioniO’s WellCAM visual logging downhole camera systems provide optical wellbore integrity and troubleshooting that reduce cost, intervention time and reduce carbon emissions. WellCAM has a unique simultaneous down and side view camera which provides more information within the wellbore in one RIH, a significant benefit when running on slickline or coil. Measurement capability provides accurate linear or polar dimensions of downhole infrastructure providing qualitative output in addition to visual information. Digital image filters can improve the image by removing suspended particulate.
The new world-first WellCAM 360 in-line intervention support camera is run behind a primary intervention tool to provide visual confirmation of a primary intervention. The WellCAM 360 has a 700V, 5A feed through and integrated switch to allow both the primary tool and camera to be controlled from surface. It can run in SRO or memory mode, and runs above third party intervention tools such as plugging tools, mechanical brushing tools, kick-over tools, PLT, milling, cutting, punching tools. Operators who have run WellCAM 360 have saved at least one or two wireline/slickline intervention runs following deployment of WellCAM 360 in the tool string, in addition to significantly reducing the primary intervention time.
