Distributed subsea buoyancy modules The POLYFORM® Sub FlowSafe is made from a rotomolded PE outer shell and filled with polyurethane (PUR) foam, guaranteeing a compressive strength of 500 mH2O. The Sub Flowsafe series are equipped with a unique stainless steel hinge and clamp ensuring ultrafast mounting, pre-installed or onsite. All steel parts are placed within the outer diameter of the complete float. A synthetic rubber gasket locks the Sub Flowsafe in position on standard cable ODs 37mm, 80mm, 95mm. Fitted onto a hose with a distance of 25mm, the internal profile of the Sub Flowsafe still allows winding the hose with clamps mounted to a drum with diameter of 1,8m. Measurements: L 480mm, diam. 200 mm. 3,5 Kg buoyancy at -500m.
