DeepOcean specialises in the transport and installation of inter‑array cables for bottom‑fixed offshore wind farms under developer‑led multi‑contract models. Our cable‑lay spread—mobilised on the selected subsea construction vessel —features a modular cable highway, high‑capacity carousel, 15Te bi‑directional lay tensioner, quadrant handling system for second‑end deployment, and DP‑class station‑keeping for challenging North Sea and Baltic conditions.

Our scope encompasses project management, engineering, pre‑installation route survey, boulder clearance, cable transport and lay, burial (simultaneous or post‑lay), pull‑in to turbine and substation, testing, and commissioning support. DeepOcean has delivered major contracts including RWE Nordseecluster A (Germany: 185 km of 66 kV cable, 44 turbines) and Taiwan TPC‑II inter‑array installation, demonstrating reliable on‑schedule execution and strong HSE performance in both shallow and deep‑water environments.
