Wast heat recovery, Combined cycle and Water injection systems for offshore O&G installations

Unique value proposition (UVP)

Techouse designs and delivers custom-made energy recovery and complete water injection systems for offshore O&G installations.

In the energy domain, Techouse delivers offshore-ready Waste Heat recovery units and complete combined cycle solutions with Techouse designed HRSG or OTSG steam boilers. The WHRU or Steam boiler recover waste heat from gas turbines and convert it into additional thermal and electrical energy. The result is maybe 30–33% higher power output or 22–25% lower fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions. Our solution can be installed not only on new-build vessels but also on existing topsides without replacing the turbine, enabling operators to meet regulatory and stakeholder demands to reduce their carbon footprint using proven technology.

At the same time, our membrane-based water treatment systems provide injection-ready seawater with superior quality, lower weight, and reduced chemical use. From intake to wellhead, Techouse delivers a complete treatment train in compact, offshore-optimized modules—improving reservoir performance while minimizing footprint and operational costs.

From concept through engineering, fabrication, installation, commissioning and aftermarket, Techouse delivers fully engineered systems, either as a complete module—reducing interface risk, cost, and project complexity—or as essential process equipment only, always with guaranteed performance. Our designs optimize process design, skids and equipments, total space and weight towards lowest cost of installation and operation.

Looking ahead, Techouse is advancing carbon capture integration as a natural extension of our combined cycle platform. Through ongoing development programs such as C5O, we are enabling solutions that can achieve up to ~95% CO₂ capture in offshore power systems—designed to operate within the same space and weight constraints that define our core offering.

Key Benefits

  • 20-25% reduction in fuel consumption and CO2 emission with combined cycle waste heat recovery from GTG
  • Reduced chemical use with membrane based water treatment
  • 30% higher power output and 20% lower CO2 emissions by without replacing the turbine
