The OTECHOS CRP high-viscosity pump is designed for efficient and reliable handling of demanding fluids across a wide range of industrial applications.
Many industries face challenges when pumping highly viscous, sticky, or solids-laden fluids. Conventional pump technologies often experience reduced efficiency, clogging, excessive wear, or operational limitations under such conditions—resulting in downtime and increased maintenance cost.
The CRP pump addresses these challenges through a low-speed rotary displacement principle that ensures stable flow and high volumetric efficiency, largely independent of fluid properties. It is capable of handling viscosities up to 500,000 cP, making it well suited for extreme and non-Newtonian fluids.
The robust design eliminates key failure drivers: no impellers exposed to wear, no valves, and high tolerance to particles and dry running. This enables reliable operation in demanding environments where conventional pumps struggle.
The pump delivers low shear, preserving fluid integrity in sensitive applications while maintaining consistent performance.
Available in multiple sizes (30, 66, and 120 m³/h), the CRP pump can be tailored to meet specific capacity and process requirements.
By ensuring stable operation and reducing maintenance needs, the CRP high-viscosity pump enables improved process efficiency and lower total cost of ownership.
