Unique value proposition (UVP)
Ultracompact Drilling Mud Cooler with integrated manifold. Under 2m² footprint with a max. capacity of 2 x 200m³/hr. Designed for CiP (clean in place) and uses two patented, super blockage-free Pleat coolers. Fitted in a DNV 2.7-3 frame it is used along with our dedicated filter skid that can be flushed clean without the need to open. 2022 is our fourth year of successful operations in the North Sea, Africa and Central America. Zero down time and zero blockages since the start. Personell have zero exposure to mud during operation. Zero risk of mud leakage to cooling water by gasket failure. Can be supplied with all necessary hoses, valves, pumps, etc. Should be supported by our trained, skilled operators. Pleat cooler is NOT the same as plate and gasket.
