Norsafe’s rescue boats has excellent reliability, manoeuvrability, and sea keeping abilities in order to fulfil its prime function - to provide an effective means of search and recovery for persons missing at sea. When installed with an approved davit, the boat fulfils the requirements for fast rescue boats on offshore installations and standby vessels. Our rescue boats are system type approved according to applicable regulations, including Polar Code and low temperature standards issued by authorities and third parties. A number of full-scale tests and exercises in both simulated and realistic arctic conditions is performed in order to document product performance and mitigate potential risks. It is designed to fulfil the need for reliable, low maintenance standby and operation.
