Unique value proposition (UVP)

The inline sensor is installed into the core RheoSense product allowing continuous analysis of the conductivity of the mud. Metal and salt concentration conductivity in a water-based fluid to indicate an anomaly and/or change in fluid type. This sensor and its arrangement with the RheoSense unit will be able to operate in a Zone 1 classified area of a rig. Today’s approved system requires manual sampling and measurements in a Zone 2 area.
