Unique value proposition (UVP)
The Norclamp Split consists of a hinged design with hydraulic cylinders for seamless positioning, opening, and closing operations. Upon correct placement on the defective piping, clamping bolts are inserted, and the clamp halves are securely closed and mated using guide pins. Enhancing the pressure-retaining clamp body, a double row of elastomer seals is strategically positioned at each end of the Norclamp Split. The compression ring activates the seal, ensuring a reliable seal once the clamp is in position and the clamping bolts are fully set and tensioned/torqued, providing a secure and trustworthy solution. The Norclamp Split can be accompanied by a tooling set and installation frame to ensure flawless installation by ROV or diver-assisted means.
