Vitri-Reinforce Carbonate Consolidation and Strengthening

VitriReinforce stimulates and strengthens carbonate reservoirs in a single treatment, so production gains last instead of fading to conductivity decline, collapse, instability, or erosion. It runs stand-alone or with acid systems as a pre-flush, post-flush, or direct additive. In testing it has increased acid-fracture conductivity by 10x to 1000x on limestone at up to 10,000 psi closure stress, and int he field enabled 45+ bar of additional drawdown on weak chalk with over two years of stable production and no solids. It has been deployed and validated across 5 offshore wells and more than 200 industry-standard lab tests, strengthening the rock mechanically while preserving or increasing its flow capacity, which extends asset life, raises production, and cuts intervention frequency.
