Unique value proposition (UVP)
The inline sensor is installed into the core RheoSense product allowing continuous analysis of the conductivity of the mud. Water-in-oil emulsion stability analysis for an oil-based fluid where to water-in-oil emulsion stability is critical in this fluid type, or alternatively for the detection of an undesired/uncontrolled water intrusion into the well being drilled. This sensor and its arrangement with the RheoSense unit will be able to operate in a Zone 1 classified area of a rig. Today’s approved system requires manual sampling and measurements in a Zone 2 area.
