Grouting and injection

Rakon is delivering grouting services for the industry. For the wind industry we have certified “Weber EXM OS” – a high strength grout product. Rakon is also in a process of becoming a licensed contractor of another well-known dry pulp supplier, this process includes building our own RJM (Recirculating Jet Mixer). Grouting has several applications areas, including underpinning, embedding, and encasing of oncrete- and steel structures. Grouting of transition piece on grounded offshore wind turbines are a well proven solution. The grout is not only connecting the parts and transferring power, but it provides corrosion protection for the steel as well. Examples of other grouting operations we can contribute with: suction anchour, bolted connections, mountain anchour and steel members/braces.
