NORWEP Partnership Terms & Conditions

A partnership in Norwegian Energy Partners requires international operations through a Norway based and registered office, creating value applicable to the Norwegian entity. All partners are required to comply with the terms and conditions of the Norwegian Energy Partners founding documents and follow the Norwegian Energy Partners' code of conduct and related policies. Any change in the said documents may be communicated on the Norwegian Energy Partners' website and will have effect from date or at the latest within 1 month from the date of the change.

By signing the partnership contract, I understand that my company/organisation becomes a partner of Norwegian Energy Partners, subject to Norwegian Energy Partner statutes, as detailed on the website www.norwep.com/.

Subsidiaries as partners

Only subsidiaries owned more than 50% by the Norwegian parent company, and which accounts are consolidated in the Norwegian parent company's accounts, are included in the partnership.

Invoicing

The partnership fee will be invoiced once Norwegian Energy Partners has received the partnership form duly signed by authorized personnel in the company. A yearly invoice will be sent in January each year. The annual invoice is based on company information given by the company.

Please attach for the application and invoicing process:

1. A copy of certificate of incorporation from the public registry
2. Audited financial statement from the last 2 years

Termination

Partnership is automatically renewed (and an invoice issued with automatic due date) unless it is cancelled in writing by received written notice before 30th June (more than 6 months prior to the annual renewal date).

Note: For the calendar year 2026, an exception to the standard notice period applies. Partners that terminate their membership for 2027 before 1st October 2026, will not be eligible for partner fee in 2027. This exception does not affect invoicing or payment obligations for the 2026 membership year.

Market Information

Partner companies will have access to market information including an annual market report, country and market reports, priority projects, presentations etc.

Market information is restricted to partners only and distribution to third parties is strictly prohibited!
