Unique value proposition (UVP)
We are developing accurate non-intrusive technology for separator level measurement and profiling based on Guided Elastic Waves (GEW). Our sensors detect liquids and solids level. Measurement of emulsion and foam interface layers is under development.
Nicoustic is a spin-off from Equinor and Fraunhofer IKTS. Our technology has been extensively tested in the lab and we ran several trials in onshore and offshore production facilities in 2024-2026. Three more offshore pilots are planned for 2027-2028, supported by the Research Council of Norway and our Joint Industry Project with 6 operating companies.
