The FADE washpipe-free system is an enabler for single trip completion deployment without the need for an inner-string or complex valve systems. Radial dissolving plugs are installed directly into the walls of the reservoir liner. The plugs can also be installed into the flow ports of sliding sleeves, sand screens or indeed any downhole tool with a need for temporary isolation. With the FADE plugs installed in the lower completion, they allow temporary circulation through the liner.
