• Companies may book multiple booths to create larger custom spaces

Exhibitor Booth: NOK 97,000 (incl. VAT)

• Includes: one all-access pass, one conference & exhibition pass, turnkey booth setup with LED screen and power outlets, and access to on-site meeting rooms
• Note: the two access passes alone represent a value of approx. NOK 60,000 – included in the booth price
• A limited number of additional gala, conference, and exhibition passes will also be available on a first-come, first-served basis

🔹 Improved B2B Meetings

B2B Add-on (for exhibitors): NOK 12,500 (excl. VAT)

• Structured and targeted B2B program coordinated by NORWEP
• Pre-arranged meetings with relevant operators and potential customers
• All meetings will be held on-site in dedicated rooms
• B2B-only participation is also available (max. two people per company) – price on request
