SolarBall is an innovative high-pressure, high-temperature dynamic ball joint designed to dramatically reduce pipe stress in systems that develop high bending loads due to thermal and/or mechanical movement. The low-torque SolarBall joints allow for mirror rotation and collector tube thermal expansion while maintaining seal integrity. -Standard size from 2" to 4", other sizes available -Capable up to ASME/ANSI 2500# -High-temperature capability up to 815°C / 1500°F -360° of rotational movement -±15° of flexibility (30° total flex capability) -Specially coated bearing surfaces for low operating torque, superior wear and smoother performance -Independent packing compression -High-integrity seal designed for cyclic conditions
