FO>’s patented AlignLok HPHT misalignment flange (MAF) has been developed to fulfill industry needs for high quality, cost effective flexible piping connectors with metal to metal sealing capability. Designed to provide reliable service in the most severe applications. The AlignLok HPHT provides up to 10 degrees of misalignment to compensate for piping systems which are not completely aligned or where the final orientation of the system is not confirmed. - Water depth: 3,000 m (9,824 ft) - Misalignment capacity: ±10° angular misalignment (20° total) as standard. - Size range: 10,000 psi range from 3-1/16” to 18-3/4” bore - Design life: 30 years - Pipe Schedule: NPS and API piping. - Interface: bevelled weld-neck through to API, ASME, RTJ etc. - Designed to accommodate bolt tensioners
