Specialized tooling for wind foundations:

• Filter Layer Removal Tool (FLRT):Removes rock volumes inside pre-piling templates or inside pin piles; enables larger rock for scour protection, lowers OPEX, and improves piling safety.
• Soil Plug Removal Tool (SPRT):Unique Mechanical solution that outperform high-pressure and airlift systems in challenging, compacted soils (MPa range). Automated control delivers consistent, predictable removal without the drawbacks of high-pressure approaches.
• Internal Pile Cleaning Tool (IPCT):Automated internal pile wall cleaning using seawater jets; high-pressure seawater pumps supply 380 L/min @ 1000 bar, for uniform cleanliness (SA2.0 standard; >SA 2.5 if needed)

Full-service subsea capabilities:

• Fully Electric Controlled Flow Excavation (E-CFE):Fully electric controlled flow excavation tool for burial, de-burial, backfilling, and seabed levelling . Drastically reduces oil spill risk versus hydraulic CFEs and uses the same topside spread as Scanmachine and Grabs for seamless operations across variable seabed conditions.
• Scanmachine platforms (underwater excavators) proven in:Scour protection and gravel placement; cable burial/de-burial; pre-trenching in hard seabed; high-precision gravel pad levelling (<2 cm tolerance); route clearance, landfall prep, and inspection; rock relocation inside subsea structures.
