Scanmudring has various subsea excavators (Scanmachines) that has been on the market for decades. These machines can work in up to 3.000 meter water depth and are powerful with lifting capacity of up to 18 tonnes subsea. The Scanmachines are ideal for relocation/installations of wet-stored rocks underneath a jacket or OSS. Scanmachines has long-reach arms, capable of reaching up to 22 meters from the same postion. The Scanmachines are controlled by a control container at deck and are equipped with a dedicated monitoring system, cameras and can be used with sonars etc. for high accuracy. The Scanmachines are also frequently used to level rocks, as Scanmudring did in Finland for a wind park with GBS structures and rocks needed to be +- 2 cm accuracy for levelling.
