Adaptations to new fields or process parameters is done as part of both early phase and operation optimiztion. This includes debottlenecking, robustness and criticality of processes related to drilling and production. The optimization takes challenges specific to arctic areas such as low temperatures, material selection, wind chill effects (for operators), atmospheric icing and snow accumulation (for operability) into consideration for the final evaluation.
