AURASWIFT is a specially formulated anti-accretion/anti-bit balling agent suitable to enhance the rate of penetration in high performance water-based mud system. AURASWIFT is a uniquely designed blend of organic, surface-active surfactants to prevent the sticking of reactive and sticky clay/shale cuttings to the bit and BHA. Consequently, it enhances the rate of penetration and reduces the number of trips which saves precious drilling time. AURASWIFT creates a hydrophobic film on the bit which allows shale cuttings to slip past the bit before sticking together, thus improving the bit’s cutting efficiency and penetration rates as well as overall bit-life. AURASWIFT works best in conjunction with PDC bits and is environmentally friendly.
