Shock absorbers and passive heave compensators

Unique value proposition (UVP)

Cranemaster units with load range from a few tons up to 1600 tons. From compact shock absorbers to advanced passive heave compensation systems with adaptive change of settings during each phase of the lifting operation. Designed and tested for harsh offshore environments, temperature range -20 to 60 °C. Feasibility studies to determine the operational benefits of using Cranemaster®. Lift analysis - our engineering department can assist with analysis of all lifting phases. - Increase in offshore crane lifting capacity. - Reduction of DAF in offshore lifts. - Load tensioning for lifts in air. - Protection of equipment and personnel from shock loads.

Key Benefits

  • Boost offshore crane lifting capacity and minimize dynamic amplification factors (DAF) for safer, more efficient operations in extreme conditions.
  • Safeguard equipment and personnel from shock loads with adaptive passive heave compensation systems tailored to each lifting phase.
  • Enhance project outcomes with customized feasibility studies and detailed lift analysis support, aligned with specific project requirements and environmental challenges.
