Supply bases required to support offshore operations are developed with storage areas, supply of material and equipment with access to land and sea logistics. Our services include design and engineering of quays and jetties, infrastructure services for export and unloading, waste recoveries etc. Design and construction of infrastructure in arctic areas poses challenges due to operational issues such as polar lows, snow/icing, permafrost and darkness. Weather protection (winterization measures), heating and logistics are of importance. Remote locations are also challenging due to transport and response time (emergency preparedness).
